In this accounting proceeding initiated by the executors a claim is asserted against the estate under the objections to the account filed by William C. Gunther. The objections set forth the claim in general terms. The bill of particulars filed by the claimant pursuant to the order of the surrogate reveals the details. The claim is based' upon an agreement on the part of the testatrix to bequeath the sum of 850,000 in her will.
