Lehman, J.. In the proceedings for the probate of the last will and testament of Elizabeth Blee Frasch, a supplemental decree has been made and entered which adjudges that the testatrix by the sixth paragraph of her will has made a valid disposition of the rest, residue and remainder of her property and that the trust created in that paragraph is in all respects legal and valid. We have concluded that this adjudication is correct.

The sixth paragraph of the will reads as follows:

“All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to the United…
