— We answer three questions of state law certified to us by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington regarding the enforce ability of certain corporate obligations incurred in the context of a leveraged buyout:(a) Was the note of Spokane Concrete Products, Inc., dated March 15, 1979, to Old National Bank of Washington, predecessor of U.S. Bank of Washington, N.A., enforceable according to its terms against a Trustee in Bankruptcy?
