This is a disability discrimination action brought under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 791 et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. Plaintiff, a former employee of the defendant county, alleges that the county violated these statutes by terminating his employment and failing to offer reasonable accommodation for his disabling condition.
