Plaintiff K.J. Egleston sues Heartland Industrial Partners, L.P., and Heartland Industrial Associates, L.L.C., as well as individual defendants David A. Stockman, J. Michael Stepp, Bryce Koth, and Jerry L. Monsingo (collectively, “the individual defendants”), on behalf of a purported class of purchasers of the publicly-traded securities of Collins & Aikman Corporation for violations of the federal securities laws.
