Defendant Whirlpool Corporation (“Whirlpool”) has filed its motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry No. 41), supported by the declarations of Willie C. “Buck” Bingham, Linda Blackaby, William Coe, Fred Contreras, Margaret Goins, J.
