Rush, the former husband of plaintiff, to his present wife, the defendant Grace Rush, are fraudulent and void; to set aside and vacate such transfers, and for other relief, plaintiff appeals from an order of the 'Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 29, 1963, which denied 'her motion for summary judgment.
