HUG, Circuit Judge:

Howard Jarvis and the Conservative Caucus, Inc., (“appellants”), appeal from the district court’s order dismissing with prejudice their complaint against the appel-lees, the Legal Services Corporation (“LSC”), the Western Center on Law and Poverty, Inc., (“Western Center”), the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (“LAF-LA”), the Jarvis II Task Force, and Donald *151T. Regan. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
