Jeff P. Dorn (Claimant), representing himself, petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a determination that he received a non-fault overpayment of unemployment benefits.1 The Board’s overpayment conclusion was apparently based on a revised determination that Claimant was financially ineligible to receive benefits.
