GRAHAM, Presiding Judge.
The appellant, Lorenz Konrad Braren, filed his application in the Patent Office on December 4, 1923, for improvements in belt gearings. On June 23, 1924, the appellee, George Horner, filed his application for a patent on improvements in and relating to engraving machines. The Horner application went to patent on November 17, 1925, as No. 1,562,237. On June .12, 1926, an interference was declared by the Patent Office between Homer’s patent and the aforesaid application of Braren, the counts of the interference being eight in number, and having been taken from the Horner…
