Plaintiff Caitlin Ameral (“Plaintiff’) and her parents Karin and William Ameral (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have filed this lawsuit against Defendants Intrepid Travel Party, Ltd. (“ITPL”), Intrepid US, Inc. (“Intrepid US”) and Peak Travel Adventure Group, Ltd. (“Peak”) (collectively, “Defendants”) for claims arising out of injuries Plaintiff sustained while traveling on an ITPL trip in South Africa.
