MATHIAS, Judge.

Jerry W. Williams ("Williams") and Jerry W. Williams Builder, Inc. ("Builder, Inc.") (collectively "Defendants") appeal from a jury verdict in Warrick Superior Court, raising the following combined and restated issue:
