OVERVIEW
On appeal is an order regarding the rights of two non-debtors in certain buildings formerly owned by the erstwhile debtor. While the bankruptcy case was pending Melvin J. and Dorothy B. Olsen (“Olsens”) initiated an adversary proceeding seeking an order quieting title in the buildings. The underlying bankruptcy case was dismissed on May 4, 1993, however, the bankruptcy court agreed, at the behest of the Olsens, to retain jurisdiction over the adversary proceeding.
