MEMORANDUM OPINION

BIGGERS, District Judge.

This diversity action is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. The issue before the court is the proper interpretation of the coverage afforded by the uninsured motorist provisions of three State Farm automobile insurance policies under applicable Mississippi law. Both parties agree that this issue should be decided by the court as a question of law and that there exists no genuine dispute as to any material issues of fact.
