The controversy now before this court presents aspects of litigation that has, over the past decade, engaged both the United States Bankruptcy Court for New Jersey and, in two different law suits, the United States District Court for New Jersey. The current appeal by Filomena Peloro 1 seeks review of the District Court’s decision in the second of the two suits brought before that court.
