MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CLIFFORD SCOTT GREEN, District Judge.

In this diversity contract action in two counts, defendants have moved for summary judgment dismissing both counts. In the alternative, defendant Washington Industries, Inc. (“WI”) seeks summary judgment dismissing it from the suit. Plaintiff has moved to amend Count II of his complaint and for a continuance of WI’s motion. Upon consideration of oral argument, memoranda of law, affidavits and answers to interrogatories, we grant Plaintiff’s motion to amend but deny his motion for a continuance; we also deny defendant Washington…
