GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

Mid-South Grizzlies, a joint venture, and its members (the Grizzlies) appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants in their suit against the National Football League (NFL), the league members, and League Commissioner Pete Rozelle, seeking damages under Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15 (1973). The suit concerns the defendants’ refusal to grant the plaintiffs a football franchise.
