This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the Virgin Islands denying defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The facts are these. Helco, Inc., and James W. Potter .(hereinafter Helco) brought suit in the District Court of the Virgin Islands against the defendant First National City Bank, based on a contract to build a house in Charlotte Amalie as a residence for the bank’s local business manager.
