ORDER DENYING SYNOVUS BANK’S MOTION TO LIMIT OR DENY DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

THIS MATTER was heard on the Motion to Limit or Deny Debtor’s Claim of Exemption filed by creditor Synovus Bank with respect to the debtor’s interest in an inter vivos trust of which he is a beneficiary.
