Pacific Powder, Pipe and Supply (Pacific) and the Department of Labor and Industries1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as appellants) appeal from a superior court judgment upon a jury verdict. The verdict reversed an earlier denial by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals of Raymond L. Snyder's claim that he sustained an occupational disease2 in the course of his employment with Pacific.
