OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant Stephen Damron appeals the denial of a Motion to Suppress from his criminal case in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas. Appellee is the State of Ohio.

{¶ 2} On March 17, 2006 at approximately 7:52 pm, Patrolman Clint Eskins of the Newark Police Department was working drug interdiction. The interdiction team were watching a house on Hancock Street.
