It would be impracticable to attempt to consider in detail each one of the forty assignments of error. We shall therefore group them as they naturally group themselves about the few questions we think it necessary to briefly discuss.
The learned court below could not have quashed the *516indictment. It is entirely without defect apparent on its face. It clearly charges every essential ingredient of the misdemeanor defined and prohibited by Section 111 of the Crimes Act of 1860.
