This was an indictment against Henry Sahlinger and Samuel Sahlinger, for larceny and burglary. The indictment contained four counts. The first count charged larceny of a certain quantity of cloth, the property of Alfred Hitchcock. The second count charged defendants with receiving stolen goods knowingly. The third count charged burglary of the same goods from the same person, with force, on the 1st day of April, 1890.
