Appellant commenced this suit by filing a petition for an order restraining appellee, Howe Lumber Company, hereinafter referred to as Lumber Company, from cutting the timber on northwest quarter, northwest quarter; southeast quarter, southwest quarter, and southwest quarter, northwest quarter, section 14, township 7 south, range 5 west, Jefferson county, Arkansas.
