Plaintiff Edwards & Hanly (“E&H”) sued Wells Fargo Securities Clearance Corporation (“Clearance Corporation”) for alleged violations of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”). 1 The District Court for the Southern District of New York (Hon. Lee P. Gagliardi, Judge), after a non-jury trial, granted judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $1,441,-122.45, plus interest, on the ground that Clearance Corporation had aided and abetted T. P.
