Mabel A. Matthews, defendant in error, brought this suit in the circuit court of McDonough county to partition certain premises therein described, and in her bill alleges that she became -entitled to the interest in the bill averred in and to certain real estate in McDonough county by reason of a certain decree of the circuit court of McDonough county entered at the May term, 1919, on a certain bill filed by her in said court to contest the will of Henry Doner, deceased, her father.
