Plaintiff, Alberta Buford, here appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County which dismissed a complaint wherein plaintiff sought the return of her automobile, and damages from George Otlewis,. Chief of the Chicago Park District Police, and a towing company, Giant Auto Construction Company, the defendants. The automobile had been removed from a boulevard within the city of Chicago for a parking. violation.
