Judicial settlement of the accounts of Mary F. Fairweather, as sole executrix of the will of Mary L. Ogden, deceased. Objections by many next of kin, which objections have been tried.

Mary L. Ogden died March 2, 1899, leaving a will which was offered for probate soon after, and which was contested before the surrogate, admitted to probate April 5, 1900, affirmed by the Appellate Division, and decree of affirmance entered January 28, 1901.
