This case is before the court on demurrer to the complainants’ bill, the material allegations of which may be briefly stated, as follows:
The New Philadelphia Graphite Company being the owner of certain lands in Chester County, Pennsylvania, some in fee and others under lease for years, mortgaged the same on June 10, 1905, to the Union Trust Company, to secure an issue of bonds of $50,000. Afterwards, in March, 1908, the said New Philadelphia Graphite Company, by indenture, conveyed the mortgaged lands and premises to the Keystone Graphite Company, a corporation of the State…
