On July 16, 1910, certain stockholders of the Chicago National Bank, on behalf of themselves and all other stockholders who might choose to become parties to the suit, filed their bill of complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against Cornelius K. G. Billings and the Chicago National Bank for an accounting of moneys, funds and property of the bank alleged to have been misappropriated« by John R.
