* Writ of error granted. Judgment reversed (Com.App.) 50 S.W.2d 278. This suit was filed by the banking commissioner of Texas against the appellees on three promissory notes aggregating $7,311.94, less a credit of $450 on one of the notes. The notes were executed on different dates during the year 1923, payable to the Guaranty State Bank of Texarkana, and were signed by N. A. Shaw, E. D. Trigg, J. F. Rochelle, J. P. McShane, R. W.
