DENNIS, Circuit Judge:

The defendant, Jerome LeBlanc, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and was sentenced to three years’ probation. He contends that the District Court erroneously denied his motion to suppress the firearm, a .410 gauge shotgun, because it was discovered in violation of the Fourth Amendment by a Louisiana state probation officer during an unlawful search of his home without a warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion, and reserved the right to appeal this issue in his guilty plea.
