Simon v. Plotkin

Ann Simon, hereafter plaintiff, filed an action in the Circuit Court of Cook County, chancery division, to reform two land trusts and for certain other relief. On February 28,1975, the court entered judgment in favor of the defendants. Thereafter, on May 13, 1975, the court denied plaintiff’s motion to vacate its judgment order and for leave to file an amended complaint to conform to the proof.
