Huber v. Huber

On December 29, 1958, tbe defendant, Shirley Huber, now Shirley DeSandre, petitioned tbe Circuit Court of Knox County to modify a decree of divorce entered on July 11, 1950. Tbe decree awarded custody of ber two children to tbeir father, Bichard L. Huber. Petitioner prayed for custody of tbe children or for other relief. On July 10, 1959, tbe court found that she bad forfeited ber rights to custody and also ber visitation privileges, and decreed that ber petition be denied. From tbe portion of tbe decree which denied visitation privileges, defendant appeals.
