This is an appeal from the county court of Whiteside county by Zale Z. Allabaugh from a judgment entered on March 3, 1947. The judgment granted the petition of Allen E. Hill and Mary Jane Hill for the adoption of Stephen Robert Allabaugh, the minor son of appellant and Mary Jane Hill. For sake of brevity, we will refer hereafter to appellant as Allabaugh, to the appellees as Mary and Allen, and to the son as Stephen.
