Defendants the State Employees’ Retirement System of Illinois (SEES) and the Executive Committee of SEES appeal from an order of the circuit court on administrative review which reversed a decision by the Board of Trustees of SEES (Board) finding that SEES overpaid plaintiff Steven Wilson occupational disability benefits.
