MEMORANDUM OPINION
MCLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
Presently pending before the Court is a motion by Plaintiff Cramer Rosenthal & McGlynn, LLC (“Cramer Rosenthal”) to certify a plaintiff class of those who purchased the common stock of Rent-Way, Inc. (“Rent-Way”) during the period December 10, 1998 through October 27, 2000. The motion is opposed by Defendant PrieewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”), Rent-Way’s certified public accounting firm during the putative class period.
