The majority holds that evidence of possession of marijuana is not admissible in a prosecution for possession of amphetamines when the evidence showed possession of both drugs at the same time. With such a conclusion, this writer cannot concur.

In the instant case, agents of the United States Treasury Department, together with members of the sheriffs department, requested and received a Federal search warrant to search defendant’s residence for firearms and narcotics.
