BOHANON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Appellant/Defendant/Debtor, John C. Putvin, appeals an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah that granted summary judgment in favor of Appellee/Plaintiff Virginia Hill on the issue of whether a debt established by a state court judgment was nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4). 1 Putvin argues that the bankruptcy court erred when it determined that it was barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine from reversing the effects of a state court judgment and collaterally estopped from revisiting factual issues found by the state…
