ELIZABETH E. BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the parties’ briefs as to whether this Court should give collateral estoppel effect to a prior state court judgment entered against the Defendant for fraud. Plaintiffs commenced this adversary proceeding, seeking to except their judgment debt from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). They contend that the state court judgment bars re-litigation of the underlying facts. The Court being otherwise advised in the premises hereby FINDS AND CONCLUDES:
