This action by S. Sakuntala Dutta, M.D., against St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Inc., (hospital) seeks damages for an alleged breach of an employment contract. Before trial, the trial court granted the hospital’s motion for summary judgment, ■ finding the doctor was not entitled to a “due process hearing” under the provisions of the hospital bylaws, and the doctor cross-appeals from this ruling.
