Two cases, as styled in the caption hereof, were consolidated and heard together in the chancery court of Warren county and have been brought to this court in one transcript.

The bill in the case of F. H. Badger et al. v. B. R. Boyd was filed on April 25, 1928, by F. IT. Badger and Bob Durham against B. R. Bojd. All the parties are residents of Warren county, Tennessee.

The purpose of this bill was to obtain a specific performance of a contract for the sale of an undivided two-thirds interest in a certain tract of land, containing five hundred acres more or less, situated in Warren county,…
