Before the Court is plaintiff TIG Insurance Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment filed on March 30, 2006. For the following reasons, the motion is granted, in part.

This dispute stems from an underlying legal malpractice action filed by Aruna Seth against attorney Charles Chapman and the law firm of Chapman and Chapman, P.C (collectively referred to as “Chapman”).
