Appellant, who was the lessee in a ten-year lease from appellee for certain theatre premises in the city of Bochelle, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Ogle county to compel the specific performance of an option in the lease for an additional term of five years after its expiration, and to restrain appellee from ousting him from possession.
