This is a bill filed in the Circuit Court of Morgan County on October 27, 1887, by the appellants, as heirs of their mother, Susan F. Reed, deceased, against the appellee, Andrew J. Reed, their father and the husband of said Susan F. Reed, and certain other parties, for the purpose of having a trust declared in favor of the complainants in certain lands alleged to have been purchased in part by their father with monies belonging to their mother, and for a conveyance of said lands to them, or for the payment to them by their father, the said Andrew J.
