■ Robert Lylburn, of the city of New-York, died in 1814, possessed of a considerable real and personal estate within the state of New-York. By his will, after directing the payment of certain pecuniary legacies, he gave to his with a part of the real estate and also an annuity during her life or widowhood in lieu of dower. The residue of his property, both real and personal, he gave to his son John Lylburn and his two other children in equal proportions.
