This matter is before the Court on a motion to compel arbitration filed by defendant Integrated Distribution Solutions, LLC, (“IDS”) (Filing No. 13); a motion to dismiss filed by defendant Retalix, LTD. (“Retalix”) (Filing No. 16); and a motion to stay the requirement of filing a responsive pleading pending the Court’s ruling on IDS’s motion to compel arbitration (Filing No. 19).
