This is an action by Greyhound Lines, Inc. (“Greyhound” or “GLI”), against Morton A. Bender (“Bender” or “MAB”), individually and doing business as Michael Murray Associates, Michael Murray, doing business as Michael Murray Associates, and Julian Scheer, doing business as Michael Murray Associates, for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.
