In this original proceeding pursuant to C.A.R. 21, the Alliance Against Domestic Abuse (the “Alliance”) seeks reversal of a Chaffee County Court pretrial order compelling the Alliance to provide certain documents under a subpoena duces tecum relating to M.P. The subpoena was issued by the defendant, Robert Turner Jr., who is charged with domestic violence against his girlfriend, M.P.
