Jackson Ready-Mix Concrete, a. corporation (called ReadyMix), appellee, filed this suit in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, against E. E. Morgan and R. W. Hyde, Jr., appellants, seeking to recover money due under a contract for concrete sand used in a large federal construction project in Oklahoma. Ready-Mix’s assignor, Traxler Materials, Inc.
